With the financial support from Bosch Rexroth, GTU set up four laboratories at the Centre including Pneumatic Lab, Hydraulic Lab, PLC Lab, Robotic & Mechatronics Lab and Sensor Lab. The i 4.0 Automation Technology is a project of German Government towards the fourth industrial revolution under connectivity – automation after mechanisation, electrification and digitalisation. The University has sourced equipment for the Centre of Excellence from Germany. Bosch Rexroth managing director, Hans Bangert joined by the Gujarat government’s minister of state for higher and technical education, Jayadrathsinh Parmar inaugurated the Center here on Friday. –  Courtesy  /   http://www.boschrexroth.com/connected-automation
